Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all Emirates across the UAE.
How long does delivery take?
Ready pieces arrive in about 3 days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are made in about 3–7 days. If you need a piece for a specific date, message us before ordering.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on UAE orders above about AED 1,000. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery and online payment are both available in the UAE.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Eligible items can be returned within seven days of receipt, unworn and with original packaging and tags. Personalised pieces, sale items and gift cards are excluded. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us before returning an item. See our full returns policy.

أين توصلون؟
نوصل إلى جميع الإمارات في الدولة.
كم يستغرق التوصيل؟
تصل القطع الجاهزة خلال حوالي ٣ أيام. وتُصنع القطع حسب الطلب والقطع المخصّصة خلال حوالي ٣–٧ أيام. إذا كنتم تحتاجون القطعة لموعد محدّد، راسلونا قبل الطلب.
هل التوصيل مجاني؟
التوصيل مجاني للطلبات داخل الإمارات التي تتجاوز حوالي ١٠٠٠ درهم. تظهر أي رسوم توصيل عند إتمام الطلب.
هل الدفع عند الاستلام متاح؟
نعم. الدفع عند الاستلام والدفع الإلكتروني متاحان داخل الإمارات.
هل يمكن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال؟
يمكن إرجاع القطع المؤهلة خلال سبعة أيام من الاستلام، بشرط عدم ارتدائها والاحتفاظ بتغليفها وبطاقاتها الأصلية. تُستثنى القطع المخصّصة وقطع التخفيضات وبطاقات الهدايا. لا تُرجع الأقراط إلا إذا كانت معيبة. تواصلوا معنا قبل الإرجاع. راجعوا سياسة الإرجاع الكاملة.
