At Miniz Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process, following the conditions below.

⏳ Return Window

Items may be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Return / Exchange

Items must be:
- New and unused
- Unworn and unaltered
- Free of damage
- In original packaging with all tags intact

Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Customized or personalized items
- Engraved pieces
- Sale items and gift cards

🚚 Return Methods (UAE)
You may return your item using either:
1. In-store return (designated Lebanon drop-off point)
2. By mail/courier (customer pays actual return shipping)

💰 Return Shipping Cost
The customer pays the actual cost of return shipping which is 5$ across all Lebanon unless:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was delivered

💳 Refund Processing
Once inspected and approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our mistake.
